Sue Sanford

Sue Ann Sanford, 74, of Niles, passed away on January 11, 2011 at Heartland Health Care Center in Three Rivers, Michigan. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 10:00 A.M. Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Swem Chapel, 301 W. Front Street, Buchanan, with Pastor Rob McPherson officiating, burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Buchanan. On November 22, 1957 she married her husband of 53 years Ray Sanford in Angola, Indiana.Sue enjoyed traveling, camping, hobbies, crafts, and attending and showing her crafts at fall and Christmas Bazaars. She was a member of Women of the Moose and the American Legion Auxiliary of Buchanan.She is preceded in death by her parents to Dwight and Elizabeth Markham; one sister Gertrude Dill; and one brother Jack Markham. Sue is survived by her husband Ray, many nieces, nephews and numerous great nieces and nephews.
