Teresa McBain

Caring and devoted daughter, sister, aunt and friend whom passed away unexpectedly, the morning of June 21, 2011, Teresa A. McBain, 43. She was born on January 18, 1968, in Niles, MI, to Thomas M. and Patricia A. (Zech) McBain and worked at Central County Senior Center in Berrien Springs since 1998. She loved music, fishing and most importantly family gatherings which consisted of telling funny stories. She was committed to her family and wanted nothing more than to see us all together and happy. She will be remembered as a loyal and loving friend. She is survived by her parents, Thomas M. and Patricia A. (Zech) McBain of Buchanan, sister Debra L. (Randy) Sears of Buchanan, brother Thomas G. (Jennifer) McBain of South Bend, nephew Nathan T.J. Sears and niece's Keriann M. Sears, Megan Porter and Abigail Pickard. Preceding her death are grandparents George W. and Loretta W. McBain of Berrien Springs; Lloyd A. Zech of Berrien Springs; Doris I. Zech of St. Joseph, and Uncle Phillip G. Zech of Berrien Springs. Visitation will be held for family and friends at Swem Chapel in Buchanan Thursday, June 23, 2011 from 4 – 8 p.m. The Memorial service will be held Friday, June 24, 2011 at 1:00 p.m., also at Swem Chapel.
