Agnes's Obituary
Agnes E. Genda, 89, of Chicago Rd., Niles died Friday, November 18th at 8:57 a.m. in her home. She was born June 11, 1922 in Chicago to the late John T. and Frances (Blair) Holloway. Agnes is survived by three daughters; Diane Graham of Niles, Michigan, Barbara Semans of Mt. Pleasant, Michigan and Carol Leffler of Decatur, Michigan. Also surviving are four Grandchildren and four Great Grandchildren.On July 17, 1943 in Chicago she married Edward Genda who preceded her in death on March 20, 1977. Visitation will be held Monday from 4-8 p.m. at Swem Chapel in Buchanan. A Service will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at 10:30 a.m. at Portage Prairie United Methodist Church in Niles, Michigan.Memorial Contributions may be made to Portage Prairie United Methodist Church 2450 Orange Rd., Niles, Michigan 49120.
