Gerald D. Stark

Gerald D. Stark, age 72, of Berrien Springs died Tuesday July 16th, at home after a long illness. He was born March 1st, 1941, to the late William and Arlene (Kettlehut) Stark who preceded him in death. He is survived by a sister, Beverly (John) Koenigshof, of Buchanan. Gerald graduated from Berrien Springs High School and was engaged in farming most of his life prior to and following his entry in the Army in 1963; serving in the Vietnam War. Visitation will be Friday, July 19th, 4-8 p.m. at Swem Chapel in Buchanan. Services will be on Saturday, July 20th, 11:00 a.m. at Saint Paul’s Lutheran Church with Vicar Daniel Barz officiating. Burial will follow at Ruggles Cemetery in Baroda, Michigan Military Honor’s will be provided by American Legion Post # 51 of Buchanan at the Cemetery.
