Reginald Turner, 62, of Grand Rapids, passed away Sunday, May 13, 2012. Reggie, a loving husband, father, and grandfather is survived by Kathie Turner, his wife of 42 years, his two sons, Chris (Jenna) and Ryan, and two grandchildren, Leslie and Justin. He is also survived by his father, Luther Turner, and his three sisters, Kathleen Kent, Edith Hulett, and Linda Brock. Friends are encouraged to join the family for visitation in Grand Rapids at Metcalf & Jonkhoff Funeral Home on Thursday, May 17 from 6-8 PM. Funeral services will be held in Reggie’s hometown of Buchanan, Michigan on Friday afternoon, May 18 at Swem Chapel at 2:00 PM, with visitation starting at 12:00 noon. Memorial Contributions may be made to Mayo Clinic, Department of Development Attention Molly, 200 First Street SW, Rochester, MN 55905. Please include Lung Cancer Research in the memo line of the check.
