Tayler Baker age 18 months passed away Saturday, June15th at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana. Tayler was born November 23, 2011 in South Bend, Indiana to Nicholas and Rachel Baker of Buchanan who survive. Also surviving is a brother Tyler Baker at home; maternal grandmother and step grandfather Karen & Gary Blank of Buchanan, Michigan; paternal grandfather Jeff Baker of Nappanee, Indiana; maternal grandmother and step grandfather Missy & Karl Wisniewski of Crestwood, Illinois; and maternal grandfather Richard Davidson of Berrien Center, Michigan.Visitation will be Tuesday, June 18th from 4-8 p.m. at Swem Chapel in Buchanan where services celebrating her life will be on Wednesday, June 19th at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Dan Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Buchanan, Michigan.Memorial contributions may be made to Memorial Children’s Hospital, 707 N. Michigan St., South Bend, Indiana.
