Harold's Obituary

Harold “Todd” Maggert, age 52, of Buchanan, died Saturday, December 12th at Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, IL. Todd was born April 24, 1963 in Niles, Michigan to the late Jerry and Mary (Gray) Maggert.  On October 10, 1993 in Niles, Michigan he Married Tina Lollar, who survives along with his daughter Kindall Maggert, at home.  He is also survived by his mother Mary Maggert of Buchanan, a sister Christine Maggert also of Buchanan, and a brother William (Vicki) Maggert of Niles, nephews Levi Garret & Cody Lollar, niece Tammy Anderson.  Todd was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, as well as stock car racing and snowmobiling.  He was employed as a truck driver for Linde LLC of La Porte, Indiana.  He also was an organ donor to Gift of Hope. Friends may call on Wednesday, December 16th from 4-8 p.m. at Swem Chapel in Buchanan where a service celebrating his life will be held Thursday at 10:30 a.m. Missionary John Baxter will officiate.  Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Buchanan.
