Richard's Obituary
Richard C. Stark, 89, of Niles passed away, Friday, May 6, 2016 at Lakeland Hospital in Niles, Michigan.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Swem Chapel, 301 West Front St., Buchanan. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday May 10, 2016 at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to The American Heart Association 208 S. Richard was born February 9, 1927 in Baroda, Michigan to Hans Christian & Elizabeth (Webber) Stark. On May 30, 1950, he married the former Violet M. Cauffman. Richard retired from National Standard after 30 years of employment. And was also a lifetime farmer.
Richard is survived by his wife Violet, two daughters, Patricia (Clarence) Miller of Buchanan and Linda (Michael) Allen of Buchanan; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren; a brother Charles Stark of Buchanan and two sisters Delores Zebell of Buchanan and Jane (Chris) Shau of Galien.
Richard was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Gene Stark.
