Ronald Foster

Ronald Lee Foster, 77, of Galien, passed away on Tuesday, September 20th, 2016 at his home surrounded by family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Swem Chapel & Cremation Services. At Ron’s request, there will be no visitation or service. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1400 W. Milham Ave., Portage, MI  49024. On December 22, 1962, Ron married Kay Gilbert. He worked and retired from Bendix (Allied Signal) in St. Joseph, MI after over 35 years of service. He enjoyed sports, the outdoors, and spending time with his family. Ron was a loving husband, father, & grandfather. He will be greatly missed by family and many friends. Ron is survived by his wife of 53 years, Kay; children, Steve Foster of Stevensville, Karen (Mike) Wisdom of Watervliet, and Greg (Devon) Foster of Highland, MI; 7 grandchildren; and brother, Harold Foster. Ron was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Bob Foster.
