Kevin Joseph Conley

Kevin Joseph Conley, 39, of Dowagiac, MI passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at Borgess Lee Memorial Hospital in Dowagiac.     A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Clark Chapel & Cremation Services, 405 Center St., Dowagiac, MI with Pastor Stacey Wilder officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12 pm until the time of the service. Memorials may be made to Angel of Hope Memorial Garden, 2043 South Bend Ave #168, South Bend, IN 46637 or for the children’s education fund c/o Teesha Conley.   Those wishing to share a memory of Kevin online may do so at www.clarkch.com    Kevin was born on November 25, 1976 in Toledo, OH to Michael & Kathy (Burnett) Conley. Kevin graduated from Shrine Catholic High School in Royal Oak in 1994. On August 16, 1998 he married the love of his life Teesha K. Stewart at the MSU Alumni Chapel in East Lansing. Kevin’s most cherished role was being a stay at home father for their three children which he lovingly did for over ten years. He then received his Associates Degree in Applied Science-Accounting from Southwestern Michigan College and a Bachelors of Science-Business-Accounting Degree from Ferris State University in May of 2015. He was currently employed at Crowe Horwath Accounting in South Bend, IN. He was very active in establishing the Angel of Hope Memorial Garden in South Bend. Kevin worked for several years at the Indian Lake and the Knollwood golf courses allowing him to express his love for the game of golf.  On Saturday he participated in the Brian Parker Memorial Golf Outing. Kevin believed in giving to those who helped you and to those who needed help. He was a devoted husband, father and friend. He will be greatly missed.    Kevin is survived by his parents, Michael and Kathy Conley of Round Rock, TX; his wife, Teesha; three children, Arianna Conley, Daija Conley and Jacob Conley all of Dowagiac; three sisters, Laura (Scott) Sosnowski of Allen, Tx, Beth Conley of Los Angeles, CA and Katie (Kevin) LaComb of Macomb Township, MI; brother, Robert (Tricia) Conley of Orion Township, MI; his father and mother-in-law, Michael and Teresa Jackson of Dowagiac; two brothers-in-law, Tyson (Jennifer) Stewart of St. Joseph, MI and Branden Pompey of Dowagiac; sister-in-law McKenzie Chapman of Dowagiac along with several nieces and nephews.     Kevin was preceded in death by his grandparents; an infant daughter Clarisa and an infant son Kevin Jr.
