Jeffrey Douglas Blunier, 63, of Dowagiac, MI passed away at his home and went to see The Big Man on Friday, September, 2 2016 .
Jeffrey was born to Kenneth and Sally Blunier in Orlando, FL in 1952. He lived most of his life in Southwest Michigan, working for Muskegon Piston Ring, Dana Corporation, and Coca Cola Foods. Later in life he was a public servant for FEMA, helping others in their greatest time of need. Jeffrey led a colorful life, touching many of those around him as a youth baseball and football coach, amateur astrologer, and paranormal enthusiast.
Jeffrey is survived by his mother Sally Blunier of Granger, IN; brother Dale (Leigh Goyings) Blunier of Edwardsburg; a daughter Jackie (Bill) Swentor of Bradenton, FL; and three sons, Josh (Tracy) Blunier of Atlanta, GA, Jason Blunier of Sarasota, FL, and Justin (Sara) Blunier of Allegan, MI.
A private family service will be held on Friday, September 16, 2016. Arrangements have been entrusted to Clark Chapel & Cremation Services of Dowagiac. Those wishing to share a memory of Jeffrey online may do so at www.clarkch.com.
