Savannah Marie-Faye Gardner, 2, of Dowagiac, passed away Wednesday, October 19, 2016, at Borgess Lee Memorial Hospital.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 29, 2016, at Clark Chapel & Cremation Services, 405 Center St., Dowagiac. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Friday, October 28, 2016 from 4 PM until 6 PM at the funeral home. Memorial contribution may be made to the donor’s choice. Savannah was born July 18, 2014, in Niles, MI, to Jeffrey G. Gardner and Rikki L. Baker. She was a happy little girl who was incredibly smart & always smiling. Savannah loved playing with her cat & dog, blowing bubbles, Minnie Mouse and being read to.
Savannah is survived by her daddy and mommy; grandparents, Glenn “Jeff” Gardner, Michelle (James) Stevens and Rick(Kathy Carpenter) Baker; great-grandparents, Dutch (Nancy) Baker, Eloise Lary and Peg Chambers; and many aunts, uncles & cousins.
Savannah was preceded in death by her uncles, Josh Yahne and Russ Stevens; great-grandmother, Juanita Selent and great-grandfather, Walt Lary.
