Margaret Helene Nodruff

Margaret Nodruff, 93, of Dowagiac, passed away Monday, January 2, 2017 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center in St. Joseph. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, January 7, 2017 at Clark Chapel & Cremation Services, 405 Center St, Dowagiac with Fr. Richard Altine officiating. A private burial will be held at Riverside Cemetery at a later date. Friends may visit with the family at the funeral home on Saturday beginning at 11:00AM. She graduated from Dowagiac High School in 1940 and attended Michigan State University. On October 20, 1945 she married Robert Nodruff in Dowagiac. Margaret had a love for gardening, reading and enjoyed painting. She will be greatly missed by her family and all those who knew and loved her. Margaret is survived by her son John Nodruff of Dowagiac, daughters Judy (Daniel) Strzelecki of Stevensville and Rosemary (Joe) Williams of Elida, Ohio, and daughter-in-law Paulette Nodruff of Cassopolis. She also leaves 7 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Robert.
