Edna Wesaw

Edna “Faye” Wesaw,71, of Dowagiac, passed away, Monday, March 12, 2018 at her home, surrounded by family. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, March 15, 2018 at Keeler Church of God, 61783 C.R. 687, Dowagiac with Pastor Boyd Saylor officiating. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, March 14, 2018 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Clark Chapel 405 Center St., Dowagiac. Faye was born on February 11, 1947 in Dowagiac to Rolland and Margaret (Weesaw) Linn. She attended Dowagiac High School. On April 17, 1971 she married the love of her life, James Wesaw, in Niles. Faye enjoyed crocheting and trips the casino with her cousins. Most of all she loved playing board and card games with her grandkids. Faye will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Faye is survived by her children Pamela Mersereau, Tracy Wesaw and Fabian “Jimmy” Wesaw, Sr.; step-children Jamie Ledesma and Rhonda Keene; grandchildren Margaret, Charles, Matthew, Justin, Richard, Scotty, Marissa, India, Michael, Gage, Amara, Cora, Fabian, Jr. and Jared; great-grandchildren Stephen, Isabella, Gryffin, Helena, Marley, Jaycee, Noah, Azhenis, David and Abel and brother Rolly Linn. Faye was preceded in death by her parents; loving husband James and siblings Mae, Jean, Roy and Beverly.
