Donnabelle “Donna” May Schoff, 88, of Decatur, passed away on Monday, July 16, 2018, at her home.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:00AM. Saturday, July 21, 2018, at Clark Chapel, 405 Center St. Dowagiac, with Pastor Lonny Carpenter officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Friday, July 20, 2018 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at the funeral home. Memorial contributions in Donna’s name may be made to the Caring Circle Hospice – Lakeland Health Affiliate. Those wishing to leave a condolence online may do so at www.clarkch.com. Donna was born on November 18, 1929 to Emery D. and Goldie (Wagner) Sibley in Dowagiac. On December 14, 1947 she married the love of her life, Edward G. Schoff in Dowagiac. Together they raised their family of 16 children in Decatur and Donna was given the title of “Domestic Engineer”. She loved fishing, gardening, sewing and was known for her beautiful quilting and embroidery work. Most of all Donna loved her family and will be missed by all who knew her. Donna is survived by her children, Ruth (Tim) Williams of Dowagiac, Candy (Jim) Haas of Decatur, Tina (Terry) Jarvis of Dowagiac, Fred (Paula) Schoff of Dowagiac, Nancy (Rob) True of Dowagiac, Darlene (Mark) Hoekstra of Decatur, John (Bonnie) Schoff of Lawton, Diana Schoff of Marcellus, Brenda (Rick) Janssen of Dowagiac, Bill (Lory) Schoff of Dowagiac, Pam Townsend of Warren, OH, May Milwrick of Grand Junction, Sally (Jerry) Lundy of Dowagiac and Donna Reist of Vandalia; 32 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild and sister Kate Huston. She was preceded in death by her parents Emery and Goldie Sibley; husband Edward Schoff; sons Charles Glenn and Edward Levi Schoff; brothers Carl and Bob and sisters Virginia and Mary.
