Pauline V. Reed

Pauline V. Reed, 86, of Dowagiac, passed away on Friday, January 18, 2019, at Spectrum Health- Lakeland. Arrangements have been entrusted to Clark Chapel & Cremation Services. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, at 11AM, at Victory Tabernacle Church, 608 Middle Crossing Rd., Dowagiac, with Rev. Paul Hodge officiating. Pauline was born on November 7, 1932, to R.T.  & Emmer (Henderson) Roberts in Monette, AR. On October 18, 1952, Pauline married G.W. Reed in Piggott, AR. She was a member of Victory Tabernacle Church. Pauline enjoyed doing crafts, especially knitting and crocheting. Most of all, she loved to spend her time with her family. Pauline is survived by her children Jim (Elaine) Reed of Coldwater, Diann “Chick” Alsup of Dowagiac; grandchildren, Tracy Harger of Dowagiac, Angie (J.R.) Cupp of Kentucky, Regan (Jason) Vicari of Grand Rapids, Jimilee Krumb of Grand Rapids and Kim Reed of AR; 10 great-grandchildren; 9 great-great-grandchildren; and three sisters. Pauline was preceded in death by her parents R.T. & Emmer Roberts; husband of 58 years G.W. Reed and sister Goldie.
