Lisa Ann Haselberger

Lisa Ann Haselberger, 50, of Decatur, passed away on Saturday, February 10, 2018, at Borgess Medical Center, Kalamazoo. Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday, February 16, 2018, at Holy Family Catholic Church, 500 W. St. Mary’s St., Decatur, MI with Father Richard Altine officiating. Burial will follow at Lakeside Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6-8 pm on Thursday, February 15, at Newell Chapel, 83313 M-51, Decatur. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association. Those wishing to send a condolence or sign the guest book online may do so at www.newellchapel.com. Lisa was born on January 30, 1968, to Thomas and Shirley (Watson) Haselberger in Paw Paw. She graduated from Mattawan High School, class of 1986. After graduation she began working in the graphic arts program at the Van Buren Intermediate School District in the Tech Center. She worked there over thirty years and was most recently an executive secretary. Lisa was a very caring person, always willing to help everyone. She enjoyed graphic design, her career, traveling for work and cats, rescuing several. Lisa also had several different collections, including postcards and her egg collection. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family. Lisa is survived by her parents, Thomas and Shirley Haselberger; sister, Karen (Rich Franklin) Haselberger; brother, Martin (Diana) Haselberger and nieces and nephew.
