Andrew Drake Dinger

Andrew “Andy” Drake Dinger, 28, of Berrien Springs, MI left us Sunday, December 23, 2012 on his way to spend Christmas in heaven. Andy was born March 26, 1984 in South Bend, IN to David Dinger & Barbara (Rutkowski) Dinger. He graduated from Berrien Springs High School. Andy worked for Vickers Engineering in New Troy as a CNC Machinist. He was a staunch defender of the 2nd amendment. He loved guns, hunting, and being outdoors. But above all, he loved his friends and his family, especially his nephew, Ian. Andy had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. Andy is survived by his mother Barbara Dinger (Larry Berry) of Berrien Springs; father David Dinger of FL; brother David Dinger of Buchanan; grandmother Mary Niezgodski of South Bend, IN; nephew Ian Thomas of Niles and special uncles Ron (Marian) Rutkowski of NC and Darryl (Rose) Dinger of Buchanan, plus an extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who will all miss him dearly.Visitation will take place from 1:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. Saturday December 29, 2012at the Heritage Chapel, 8747 US 31, Berrien Springs, Michigan. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 3:00 P.M. with Pastor Janet Van Lear officiating.
