Cathy A. Duryee, 58, of Berrien Springs, went to meet her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ, Thursday June 20, 2013, in Muskegon, MI, as a result of a motorcycle accident.A Celebration of Life Eternal will be held 2 P.M. Wednesday, June, 26, 2013 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 9123 George Ave, Berrien Springs, with Rev. Douglas Adams officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery in Berrien Springs. Friends may visit with the family from 4 to 7 P.M Tuesday at Heritage Chapel & Cremation Services, 8747 US 31, Berrien Springs. Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church & School, Hospice at Home or Vision Outreach International. On August 23, 1975 she married Jim Duryee in Battle Creek, Michigan. Cathy was employed for since May of 1996 as an RN with Hospice at Home. Prior to her employment with Hospice, she worked for St. Joseph Medical Center in South Bend. Cathy was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Berrien Springs and was active in the Trinity School PTO when her daughters were attending. She enjoyed the mission trips she did with Hospice and Vision Outreach International, cooking & baking, University of Michigan Football, golf, and most of all the time spent with family and friends.Cathy is survived by her husband Jim; two daughters-Melissa Ann Duryee of Berrien Springs, Emily Jane (Darin) Koenemann of Fort Wayne, IN; two brothers-Randy (Anne) Kline of Williamsburg, VA, Scott (Kim) Kline of Houston, TX; two nieces and a nephew; and friends too numerous to mention. She was preceded in death by her parents.
