Richard “Ricky” W. Weaver, 38, of Sodus, MI, passed away Friday, May 03, 2013 at his home.A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:00 A.M., Thursday, May 9, 2013 at Heritage Chapel, 8747 US 31, Berrien Springs with Pastor Derek Cromwell officiating. Burial to follow at Spring Run Cemetery in Royalton Twp. Friends may visit from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 08, 2013 at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Kidney Foundation. He was a mechanic for many years, working for Muffler Man and most recently being self-employed. Ricky loved working on cars and most of all riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycle. Ricky is survived by his parents Ed & Peggy Weaver of Benton Harbor, his children Ashley (Zachary) Bachman of Berrien Springs, Caitlin and Jordon Weaver of Berrien Springs and Bailey Weaver of New Madrid, MS and brother Joe Weaver of Stevensville and grandfather Virgle Penley of Berrien Springs. Ricky was preceded in death by his grandparents Edward Sr. & Florine Weaver, and grandmother Marie Penley.
