Robert G. Tillman

Robert George Tillman, 83, of Benton Harbor passed away October 14, 2014 at his home. Bob was born September 6, 1931 in Benton Harbor, the son of George and Sara (Villwock) Tillman. He was the oldest of three children. Bob was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Eau Claire and a life time member of the Blizzard Brigade Snowmobile Club. Bob was full of life always having one project after another making improvements and beautifying his home and property. He enjoyed visiting with family and friends. Bob retired from Graphic Arts Department at Whirlpool in 1994. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Shirley Harner. Bob is survived by his wife Rose (Deckert) Tillman; two children Dennis Tillman and Denise Weybright; a grandson Jason Weybright of Grand Rapids and a granddaughter Desiree Dunham of Tucson AZ. Bob will be laid to rest at North Shore Memory Gardens in Coloma. Visitation will be held at Heritage Chapel, 8747 US 31 Berrien Springs, from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Thursday, October 16, 2014. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday, October 17 at Grace Lutheran Church, 6605 Pipestone Rd., Eau Claire, with Rev. James Bartz officiating.
