Services have been rescheduled: Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 9123 George Ave. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the church.      William E. (Bill) Hoge, 76, of Berrien Springs, MI passed away Thursday, January 29, 2015 at his home. A Celebration of Life Service will be held 11:30 a.m. Monday, February 2, 2015 at Trinity Lutheran Church, 9123 George Ave., with Rev. Doug Adams officiating. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 10:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. Monday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church Parking Lot Fund or Hospice at Home. Those wishing to share a memory of Bill online may do so at www.heritage-chapel.com Bill was born February 1, 1938 in Baroda, Township to Paul & Alberta “Bertha” (Lucker) Hoge. He graduated from Baroda High School in 1957. Bill Served his Country in the United States Army from 1962 until 1964. On April 19, 1969 he married Marcina Krone in Berrien Springs. Bill worked for Pearson Construction as a carpenter for 40 years. He was a member of the Baroda American Legion Post 345 and Trinity Lutheran Church in Berrien Springs. After retirement he enjoyed golfing. Bill is survived by his wife Marcina Hoge of Berrien Springs; sons Paul (Shelly) Hoge and Mark Hoge of Berrien Springs; 5 grandchildren Abigail, Matthew, Nicholas, Ethan and Evan Hoge; siblings Ray (Lela) Hoge, Ruth Caldwell, Roberta (Jerry) Mitchell and Barbara (Ivan) Layman. Bill was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Carolyn Stark, Dorothy Warsco, Irene Merrill, Jean Dietrich, Donna Shepherd, Joan Hoge, Richard, Edward, Charles, Paul G. and Kenneth Hoge.
