Armandina's Obituary
Armandina Ugaz de Ruiz, 83, of Berrien Springs; passed away Thursday, March 24, 2016, at Hanson Hospice Center in Stevensville.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 2:00 P.M. Sunday, at Pioneer Memorial Church, 8655 University Blvd, Berrien Springs, with Pastor Roberto Gonzales officiating. Armandina was born May 8, 1932 in Cajamarca, Peru to Prospero and Petronila (Diaz) Ugaz. She married Apolinar Ruiz on September 15, 1957 in Cajamarca. She was well liked and enjoyed doing for others. She was especially devoted to her family.
Armandina is survived by her husband of 58 years, Apolinar; daughters, Maria (Diego) Malca of Chicago, IL and Ruth (Vlatko) Benko of Berrien Springs; son Samuel (Miriam) Ruiz of Berrien Springs and 10 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Martha.
