Robert Milford Williams, 80, of Berrien Springs, MI, passed away at Hanson Hospice Center in Stevensville, Sunday, January 21, 2018. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Thursday, January 25, 2018, at 11:00 AM, at the Andrews Korean Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 8691 U.S. 31, Berrien Springs, MI 49103 with Pastor William Sangkeun Lee officiating. Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Heritage Chapel, 8747 U.S. 31, Berrien Springs, MI. Robert was born July 10, 1937 in Niles, MI, to Milford Williams and Clella Kingery Wallace. He proudly served his country in the Army for 21 years before completing a 31-year career at Whirlpool as a master mechanic. Robert married the love of his life, Sun Pun Kim, at Alamogordo, New Mexico on January 12, 1977. He loved his job, was always working, watching television or gardening. Robert’s favorite times were spent with his beloved family. Robert is survived by his wife, Sun Pun; sons, Gerald (Amy) Williams and Daniel (Kady) Williams, Steven Williams, John Williams, Gary Williams and Alain Thisse; daughter, Carol Williams; grandchildren, Audrey, Abygael, Kimberly, Serena, William, Logan, Mathieu, and John, Jr.; sisters, Joan Replogle and Carol (Richard) Bushu and brother, Darrell Williams. He was preceded by his parents; sons, Michel Thisse and Robert Thisse, half-brother, Gary Wallace, and step-father, Herschel Wallace.
