Roger Kelm

Roger Kelm, 80, of Berrien Springs, MI, passed away at Hanson Hospice Center in Stevensville, Saturday, November 25, 2017. Arrangements entrusted to Heritage Chapel and Cremation Services 269-471-2700.  No service or visitation has been planned.  Private burial will take place in Minot, North Dakota at a later date. Memorials may be made in Roger’s name to the Pioneer Memorial 7th Day Adventist Church, 8655 University Blvd., Berrien Springs, MI  49103.  Those wishing to leave an online condolence for Roger may do so at  www.Heritagechapel.org. Roger was born September 11, 1937 in Harvey, North Dakota, to John and Esther (Miller) Kelm. He was employed as a general maintenance manager at Plant Services for Andrews University for over sixteen years. He loved watching the Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears and listening to country gospel music. Although he enjoyed his life and time in Berrien Springs it was very important to him to be laid to rest near his birthplace and beloved family. Roger is survived by his son, Roger John Kelm of Minot, North Dakota; sister, Shirley Able of Minot, North Dakota and special friend, Virginia Blake of Berrien Springs. He was preceded by his parents and sister, Donna Smith.
